Even though Shooltz Advantage was started in 2017 we have been in the industry since 2003. We are a professional home builder and we take your project seriously. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service possible while protecting your investment.

We are a family owned business and we are very proud of the work we do.  Shooltz Advantage is a full service contractor located in Birch Run, Michigan. We build homes from concept to completion and we can handle high end luxury homes, custom homes, luxury remodels, high efficiency and new construction. We strive to be your one stop shop for all of your home building needs. Our goal is to build the best home possible at the best price possible for you.

What makes use different? First, we use the latest building standards, no short cuts from us. Second, everything and I mean everything is to Michigan Code. Third we build it like we are going to live there. Lastly, we are fully licensed and insured. We will be glad to provide all our credentials before we begin your project. Don't assume every contractor out there takes these steps.
